The official opening of the third edition of the “Leadership Academy” project, created by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria will take place on July, 19th. A special guest of the event will be the Mayor of Sofia, Mrs Yordanka Fandakova.
The Leadership Academy is a free training program for ladies who own small or medium-sized enterprises or who are in mid-level management positions. It is carried out in the form of six one-day modules.
The trainings are carried out in several one-day sessions dedicated to the development of the personal and professional skills (“soft skills”) of the participants in the work environment.
They are conducted by professional trainers from UniCredit Bulbank and are aimed at identifying the strengths and weaknesses through emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback, the role and management of diversity in the company, etc.
UniCredit Bulbank’s support for the project is part of the Bank’s initiative to support ladies in business.
