UniCredit Bulbank is a long-term partner to the Rails Girls initiative in Bulgaria. Its sixth edition in a row will be held in Sofia on the 25th and 26th of March 2016.

Special guest to the official opening is Filip Genov, Special Projects Senior Manager at UniCredit Bulbank.

Rails Girls is a free two-day workshop for ladies who have zero or only little experience in programming and technologies. Its main purpose is to show the ladies that programming is an enjoyable, interesting, exciting and very useful skill.

In the course of the event the participants will be able to create their first web application in a nice environment and under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Rails Girls is a world-wide initiative which further to Sofia will take place, at the end of March and the beginning of April, in Los Angeles (USA), Tel-Aviv (Israel), Helsinki (Finland), Hanoi (Vietnam), Sidney (Australia), Athens (Greece) etc.
