UniCredit Bulbank supports the awarding ceremony for the graduates from the second Leadership Academy.

The project started at the beginning of 2014 as a free training leadership programme in six one-day modules. It is aimed at the personal and professional development of young ladies at middle management positions.

Participants in the second Leadership Academy are ladies representatives of the small and medium-sized enterprises with more than three years of experience at managerial positions. They were chosen by the Council of Women in Business following a careful selection.

Host of the event is Tsvetanka Mincheva, Director of Retail Banking at UniCredit Bulbank.

Official guest to the ceremony is the Mayor of Sofia Yordanka Fandakova.
