The initiative’s objective is to enable 100 young people from vulnerable groups to find opportunities for professional development in leading companies by being hired full time or part-time or by participating in internship programs, depending on the real market needs and criteria. The project is aimed at supporting youths that come from vulnerable groups and have potential for development by giving them a real opportunity for a career start.

This is happening by BCAF circulating the information among university students, career centers and NGOs, then collecting the CVs and making the first selection. The youths have to be able to demonstrate motivation to develop their abilities, as well as a capacity to find a balance between education and work. Youths from vulnerable social groups (orphans and half-orphans raised in institutions or by relatives, by families with very low income, with handicap, by minority communities, etc.) who have good marks will have advantage.

"100 jobs" is part of the Bulgarian Charities Aid Foundation long-term policies for boosting the employment and integrating unemployed youths on the basis of market needs.
