On April 22, at UniCredit Bulbank International Center, one of the most successful businessmen in the USA – Gary MacDougal, will deliver a lecture on the innovations in poverty eradication policies. Mr. MacDougal is Co-Chairman of America for Bulgaria Foundation and is engaged in social policies in the USA.
