Marketforce organizes a second annual conference 20:20 Customer Experience: Financial Services Nordics. The event gets together not only banking experts, but also specialists in the field of insurance and from other financial institutions.

The conference will discuss customer service and the need of individual approach to each customer for the purpose of attaining maximum satisfaction.
