UniCredit Bulbank supports the Award Ceremony for the first graduates of the Leadership Academy. The project started at the beginning of last year as a free-of-charge training leadership programme of six one-day modules. It is oriented towards the personal and professional growth of young women of the middle management level.

Participants in the first Leadership Academy are 40 ambitious ladies, representatives of the small and medium-sized business and ladies with more than three years of experience at management positions. They were selected by the Council of Women in Business from among serious competitors.

The top management of UniCredit Bulbank, Mr. Levon Hampartzoumian and Mr. Andrea Casini, as well as the Mayor of Sofia, Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova, are special guests of the event.
