The fourth edition of 1000km Balkan Charity Challenge, a charity ultramarathon organized by UniCredit Titiac Bank and UniCredit Bulbank, will take place from October 31 to November 10.

1000km Balkan Charity Challenge is an initiative unique for the Balkans, which is aimed at raising funds for charity in Bulgaria and Romania. In Bulgaria the funds are raised through the Bulgarian Charities Aid Foundation.

For 10 days participants will pass 1050 km on the territory of Romania and Bulgaria. The event is not a competition. The time to run per day is 8 hours and 30 minutes (or 160 km to cycle and 59 km to run on average) and this requires the participants to be in a very good physical condition and to have stamina.
