UniCredit Bulbank is an official partner of the third national conference “Women, the Tender Force of Business: Career and Personal Happiness”.

The role of successful ladies for the development of business and their personal stories about the way to success and personal happiness is the focus of the discussion organized by Manager magazine.

Ekaterina Kirilova, Head of Marketing and Segments Department of UniCredit Bulbank, a member of the Council of Women in Business, will also take part in the conference.

UniCredit Bulbank supports the Council of Women in Business founded at the beginning of 2014. It is seen as a natural continuation of the annual forum “Women, the Tender Force of Business”. The first project of the Council in Bulgaria is the launch of the Leadership Academy – a free educational leadership programme consisting of six modules of one-day duration for the personal and professional development of young women from the middle management.
