At a special press conference Boryana Manolova, CEO of Siemens Bulgaria and Chairperson of the Council of Women in Business, launched the first project of the Council in Bulgaria: a free training leadership programme.
Ekaterina Kirilova, Head of Marketing and Segments at UniCredit Bulbank, was a special participant at the conference. She said that the trainings organized by the Academy would be conducted by professional trainers, discussing topics such as getting to know a person’s strong and weak points through emotional intelligence, providing and receiving feedback, the role and management of differences in the company, etc. A teambuilding and interactive team work and cooperation training would also be organized.
UniCredit Bulbank supported the Council of Women in Business founded at the beginning of the year. One of its major objectives is to promote good management practices as well as introduce programmes fostering the professional development of women involved in small and medium-sized businesses so that they can climb up the corporate ladder to a management position.
