What kind of account information can I get?
To view your account details, you need to click on the field “Accounts” on the Home screen of the application. In case you have more than one account, you can switch between them by scrolling left or right at the top part of the screen. After selecting the relevant account, on the screen you will find information for:
- Short name of the account
- IBAN
- Current balance
When you press on “Details” button, you will get more information for your account, incl. the bank cards which have been added to it.
In “Settings”, you can change the short name of your account as you wish and also you can set different automated notifications for incoming and/or outgoing movements on the account and also choose threshold amount.
With the “QR” button, you can create a template quickly and easy in the form of a QR code for fast payment on your account for a specified amount, which you can share with other users of Bulbank Mobile to make the transfer.
How to share my account details
If you wish to share your account details with third parties, select “Details” button and at the top right corner press the button “Share”. After that, you can select what account details to share and send them via your preferred channel.
How to view the movements on my account and filter executed transactions
At the bottom part of the screen, you have detailed information on the movements on your account. You have the possibility to search in the history by a key word or to filter the executed transactions for a specified period of time, amount and transaction type.
