How to pay my utility bills?
Add new bill
To make a payment of a new utility bill:
- Press the “Payments” button in the navigation bar (bottom part of the screen).
- Go to the “Utility bills” menu and select “Add a new account”.
- Select the relevant category and find the name of the service provider.
- Enter your customer details and perform a check for due payments. You can save the entered details as a template for future checks and payment of bills to the relevant service provider.
- If there is a due payment, check the details. In case you have more than one due payments, you can choose which one to pay.
- Fill in the payment details in the provided form, sign off and complete the payment.
Check current due payments
In order to check your current due payments to a service provider, select “My accounts” from the menu “Utility bills”. You can edit or delete the entered accounts.
Bills payment history
To view details on executed payments of utility bills, press the “Payments” button in the navigation bar (bottom part of the screen) and then from the “Utility bills” menu select the option “Payments History”. Select a specific payment in order to view its details.
