How to Add and Manage Your Kaufland Food e-Vouchers in Bulbank Mobile?
You can add electronic food vouchers issued by “Kaufland Service”.
Please note that only active cards can be added – blocked or inactive cards cannot be linked to your Bulbank Mobile profile.
To activate your food e-Voucher, please change your initial PIN code at any UniCredit Bulbank ATM or at another ATM in Bulgaria displaying the BORICA logo.
Follow these steps:
- Insert your voucher card and select “Other services.”
- Go to “PIN management” → “Change PIN.”
- Enter the initial PIN code received in the envelope with your card.
- Enter and confirm your new PIN code.
- Destroy the envelope containing the initial PIN.
You can also activate your e-Voucher during your first payment by inserting it into a POS terminal and entering your initial PIN code.
(Note: This method is not recommended.)
To add your Kaufland food voucher card, you will need:
- The full card number, and
- The ID number printed on the back of your voucher card.
- For your convenience, you can rename the card (e.g. “My Kaufland Card”) for easier identification.
You can also add multiple voucher cards in Bulbank Mobile.
To ensure a smooth experience, please make sure you have installed the latest version of Bulbank Mobile (4.6.0 or newer).
Once successfully added, your voucher card will appear in a new “Food Vouchers” section on the home screen of Bulbank Mobile.
After adding your voucher card, you can easily check:
- Your current balance
- Loaded amounts on the card
- Successful and refunded transactions
- The validity period of your vouchers and the remaining days until expiry
Selecting “Delete” will remove the card from your Bulbank Mobile profile. If your card remains active, you can add it again at any time.
After three incorrect PIN attempts, your card will be temporarily blocked.
If you know your correct PIN, call 0800 11 720 to unblock the card for another three attempts.
If you have forgotten or lost your initial PIN, please inform your employer, who can request a PIN reissue.
If your card is lost:
- Notify your employer so they can request a replacement card.
- Call 0800 11 720 immediately to block your card.
Electronic food vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date the respective amount is credited.
When making payments, the amount closest to expiry will automatically be used first.
You can use your food e-Voucher at all partner merchants of “Kaufland Service”. You can view the full list of partner locations on Kaufland’s website.
No. By law, cash withdrawals are not permitted from cards issued for food vouchers.
Yes. You can use your voucher card for online payments at merchants that accept food vouchers issued by “Kaufland Service”.
