UniCredit Factoring supports its clients, affected by the COVID-19 crisis

UniCredit Factoring continues to support its customers affected by the COVID-19 crisis, offering them specific actions and a mechanism to facilitate the servicing of factoring products.

For information about the approach which is applied with the factoring products, the clients of UniCredit Factoring EAD may address their relationship manager within the subsidiary until March 23, 2021.

UniCredit Factoring introduces a change regarding the processing of customer documents. Cessions and requests for advances received up to 16:30 per working day will be processed within the same day. Received after this time – are processed in the morning, the next working day.


The opening hours of UniCredit Factoring are maintained unchanged – from 8:30 to 17:30.
