- For Bachelor’s degree – up EUR 1,600 per year of study (up to EUR 6,400 for the entire period of study);
- For Master’s degree – up EUR 1,600 per every semester (up to EUR 6,400 for the entire period of study).
Repayment Tenor
- Up to 15 years for Bachelor’s degree loans, and the repayment has to start 5 years after the student’s registration at the latest;
- Up to 3 years for Master’s degree loans, and the repayment has to start 2 years and 2 months after the student’s registration at the latest.

- For loans for Bachelor’s degree - one guarantor (parent);
- For loans for Master’s degree - pledge on future receivables from salary;
- Life-insurance of the borrower and the guarantor.
Requirements towards the guarantors / borrowers
- Minimum 6 months of work experience, respectively 12 months of practice for single proprietors and free lancers;
- Minimum net monthly income of 200 BGN (net income = gross income – taxes and social insurance installments);
- The age of the borrower at the loan maturity date to be below 60 years for women and 63 years for men.
