UniCredit Bulbank pursues a modern and consistent policy in providing Internship programs aiming to train and develop the best students and to provide them with career opportunities. We give the chance to talented and motivated young people to implement their knowledge and to acquire professional background in the banking sector. In addition to the internship positions in retail and corporate, UniCredit Bulbank offers a wide range of internships at our headquarters in Sofia, covering all banking fields and functional areas.
In 2009, the Internship program was more than successful – over 250 graduates took the challenge to become our interns and 47 of them were later appointed within the bank. All of them had the opportunity to experience real business environment and to take a big step in their career development.
In 2010 UniCredit Bulbank continues its successful collaboration with young specialists and students from various universities.

What does UniCredit Bulbank expect from the future Interns?
- To be recent graduates or students in their last year of studies (bachelor or master programs), preferably pursuing degrees in finance, economics, law, IT or business administration
- Strong interest in the banking field
- Excellent computer literacy
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills and “can-do” attitude
