Denitza Terzieva has taken the role of Chief Sales Officer and Member of the Management Board at UniCredit Leasing EAD since August 2025.Her career path starts in 2008 as trainee in Financial Markets at UniCredit in Germany (HypoVereinsbank), progressing through various roles in Corporate Banking, M&A, and Capital Markets at UniCredit in Poland (Bank Pekao SA), PwC in Austria, and Karol Financial Group in Bulgaria.
In 2015 Denitza rejoins UniCredit in Bulgaria taking on several managerial functions responsible for managing the business with International Corporate Clients.
In 2022 she accepted the challenge of Head of Sales in Private Banking, co-creating and successfully implementing a large-scale business development plan in the High-Net-Worth and Affluent Individuals segments.
Denitza holds a Master's degree in Economics (Dipl.-Volksw. degree) from the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel in Germany and is a certified Investment Consultant by the Financial Supervision Commission in Bulgaria. She is a native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in English, German, and Polish.
