What is a Virtual PIN?
Virtual PIN is additional unique password for identifying the cardholder and confirmation of payments in a safe method via Internet. Used by the largest card organizations VISA and MasterCard.
We recommend the Virtual PIN to all clients who actively use their cards for payments on the Internet.
Free subscription to all holders of credit and debit cards issued by the bank with the logo of Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, VPAY and MasterCard.
The password is entered in the implementation of any payment for Internet merchants participating in the programs Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
The service is free of charge for cardholders upon:
- Subscribtion of the card during payment
- Initial registration for Virtual PIN at ATM of the bank
- Subsequent password change through a personal account or at ATM
- Unblock forgotten password with a reminder question

By subscribing to the service you can create your own account, where you can:
- Change the Virtual PIN.
- Create a personal message, which can be seen at every purchase at secured internet merchant.
- Create reminder question about unblocking forgotten Virtual PIN.
- Receive information about of payments at ensured traders.

Please note that should a sequential registration for different brands occur, e.g. Visa and MasterCard, you shall restart the browser for each single registration.

The service is available on ATMs with the logo of BORICA - BANKSERVICE type NCR and Wincor Nixdorf, providing this opportunity.
Registration and password receiving
Automatically sign in to the service and receive a permanent password - 9 digit code printed on the receipt of ATM. The password enables immediately to shop at participating in the programs Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
It is recommended to update your account on the official website of the bank - changing the password, set the reminder question and a personal message.
Registration function can not be performed again.
Note: If the ATM has a problem with the printing of the receipt you should visit another ATM of the bank and select the "Change Password" by which the cardholder receives his password.
Temporary password for registration
Receive a temporary password (9-digit code), printed on ATM receipt.
This function is an alternative of the filing of application for subscription with a temporary password in the bank branch
Create a personal profile with a temporary password on the official website of the bank within 24 hours. Indicate constant secret password, personal message and reminder question.
Function can be executed repeatedly.
Note: If there is a problem with printing the ATM receipt function can be performed again on another ATM.
Unblock your account and get a new permanent secret password when you forgot your password and the answer to your reminder question.
The new permanent secret password is the printed 9-digit code on the ATM receipt.

How to reach these functions?
Registration of a card at the ATM is done in the "Other Services" and then "Payment via Internet", "Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode" and finally select one of indicated options.

- From the menu choose "Other services"
- Choose the "Online payment"
- Choose „Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode”
- Select the desired function in the sub-menu
Receiving temporary password for secure payments on Internet in a branch of the bank.
- Submit a request for registration of the card in the service "Secured Internet Payments".
- The Bank provides free temporary password valid for 24 hours.
- Create a personal account in the service in the official website of the bank - Permanent Virtual PIN Private Message and and Reminder question.
The temporary password will be disabled if not used by the customer to create a virtual PIN within 24 hours of its sending.
To generate a second temporary password, the customer have to submit a new request for a fee, according to the current Tariff of UniCredit Bulbank.
