Save time by signing documents electronically without visiting a UniCredit Bulbank branch. You will get your debit card with free delivery to an address convenient for you in Bulgaria.

With the "Plus" plan, you can use the following products and services without a fee for 12 months*:

  • Debit card and a current account in BGN;
  • Bulbank Mobile our mobile banking application;
  • Withdrawal from UniCredit ATMs in Bulgaria and abroad;
  • Cash deposits at UniCredit Bulbank ATMs with a deposit function;
  • Household billsonline and via the mobile banking application;
  • Intra-bank transfers in BGN and EUR via an electronic channel;
  • Mobile number transfers to accounts in the bank via Bulbank  Mobile;
  • Remote service by a personal banker.


* Monthly fee amount provided that there are regular monthly proceeds on the main account in the plan.

It applies to the first four monthly charges after the plan is provided. Afterwards, the fee amount shall remain the same if there are regular proceeds. Otherwise, the fee shall amount to BGN 5.55. 

Regular proceeds are considered all incoming transfers on the main account in the plan from other persons in at least 3 of the last 4 months. The minimum amount of a regular monthly payment is BGN 10.

  1. Download the Bulbank Mobile app from your  App Store, Google Play or App Gallery, open it and select the option: Become a bank customer digitally > Open now >

  2. Read it and accept the terms of the Plus plan for daily banking.

  3. Create a PIN and enter your secret password.

  4. Scan your ID card and perform the required facial recognition.

  5. Enter a current phone number and email address to receive two codes for confirmation.

  6. You will be issued a free qualified electronic signature** required for digital signing of documents.

  7. Complete the process by signing the required documents and enjoy all the conveniences offered by Bulbank Mobile.


**The registration and opening of the account is done with a Qualified Electronic Signature issued by Eurotrust Technologies AD and provided by UniCredit Bulbank AD.

The Bulbank Mobile App works on Android, iOS and HarmonyOS devices.

Eurotrust is a service through which you are issued a QES (qualified electronic signature) by means of remote identification through a selfie and scanning of an ID card. You will need the electronic signature to digitally sign the required documents.

There is no need to install additional applications, the process is done entirely in Bulbank Mobile.

The documents are signed with the electronic signature already created by Eurotrust. You have the option of a final review of the documents before signing. 

Personal and financial information such as contacts, nationality, occupation, sources of funds, etc. is required (Know Your Customer questionnaire).

The card will be issued and delivered within 5 working days. You can receive your card at the address you have chosen for free of charge. A courier will hand the card to you in a sealed envelope. In it, together with the card you will find brief instructions for its activation via Bulbank Mobile. 

The opened account is visualized in the mobile application immediately after signing the documents and logging into the mobile application.

As soon as the process is completed, you can use the full features of Bulbank Mobile, even before you have received your card.
