M-token is an application, part of Bulbank Mobile, through which unique codes for signing payments and requests in online banking are generated. Look for Bulbank Mobile in the app store on your smartphone and activate M-token through your аccount in Bulbank Online or in the branch.
QES /sertificate
You have the opportunity to register your hardware QES in Bulbank Online to sign requests and payments in the service. It is a mandatory condition that it is issued by one of the officially registered trust service providers (DSM) in Bulgaria.
BISS
In the Bulbank Online service there is a possibility to sign requests and payment orders regardless of the browser you use. For successful signing with an electronic certificate, it is necessary to install the browser independent signing service (BISS) of BORICA AD. To successfully install BISS, you must have administrative rights on the appropriate computer.
