BISERA is a settlement payment system which carries out the transfer of funds between the settlement bank accounts.

Transfer is executed in real time up few minutes, following receipt into the system BISERA from 08:00 to 20:00 in working days.

Transfers after 20:00 will be ordered for the next working day.

BISERA transfers are:

• BISERA transfer in EUR from/to an account with another payment service provider in Bulgaria part of BISERA scheme.
• Transfer limit up to 1 billion EUR per transfer
• For individuals and business clients
