Pasquale Gamboi has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry, starting his career in 1977 at Credito Italiano. During his career in the banking sector, he has held the role of a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Supervisory Board of numerous banks and non-banking companies, within and outside UniCredit Group in Italy, Germany, Austria, Ukraine and Bulgaria. In January 2011 he was appointed as a member of the Management Board and Head of Retail Banking Division of UniCredit Bulbank.
Currently Pasquale Gamboi holds the positions of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank S.A. Romania since April 2020, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank Slovenia since March 2019 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank AD Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) since October 2017.
