UniCredit Bulbank AD grants investment loans to business entities applying for the announced Operational programmes of the European Union:

Middle-term investment loan for financing of expenditures related to consultancies and development of investment projects, financed or co-financed by the EU;

• Amount up to 100% of the expenditures payable to the specialized enterprises but not more than 10% of net sales income amount of the loan applicant pursuant to the last annual financial statement, maximum EUR 30 000;
• Own participation is not required;
• Utilization - single or in tranches pursuant to the negotiated plan;
• Tenor - up to 24 months since the date of the loan contract;
• Repayment in equal monthly installments;
• Up to 6 months of grace period for the principal.

Long-term investment loan for financing fulfillment of investment projects pursuant to the approved by the EU operational programmes and procedures thereto for granting of gratuitous financial aid.

• Amount up to 90% of the total permissible project’s expenditures;
• Own participation - minimum 10% of the amount of the total permissible project’s expenditures;
• Utilization - single or in tranches pursuant to the negotiated Utilization plan;
• Tenor up to 10 years depending on the loan’s purpose;
• Monthly repayment pursuant to the negotiated repayment schedule;
• Up to 12 months of grace period for the principal.
