Investment Loan for Milk Producers

Financing of private agricultural producers– milk producers, owners of small family dairy farms

  • Purposes: purchase of dairy cattle; building, reconstruction, repair of premises for breeding of dairy cattle; purchase of specialized equipment – machines and facilities;
  • Amount up to BGN 115 000 depending on the client’s solvency;
  • Own participation - not less than 15 % of the project value plus the payable VAT;
  • Utilization pursuant to a negotiated plan, up to 3 months for purchase and up to 12 months for building activities;
  • Tenor:

Up to 4 years for purchase of dairy cattle;
Up to 7 years for building, reconstruction, repair of premises;
Up to 5 years for purchase of specialized equipment – machines and facilities;

  • Methods of repayment - decreasing monthly installments or negotiated individual schedule;
  • Allowances for the holders of Bank’s packages programmes
