Financing of pharmacists regarding the setting up of the medical institutions for retail sale of medical goods (pharmacies) in conformity to the requirements of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (IPF) in terms of “Good Pharmacy Practice” (GPP)
Amount
Up to EUR 30 000 / BGN 60 000 and depending on the client’s potential to perform its obligations
Tenor
Up to 60 months
Grace period for the principal
Up to 12 months from the date of the loan contract
Repayment method
Through decreasing monthly installments after expiration of the grace period or pursuant to individual repayment schedule
Interest rate conditions
The loan is granted pursuant to General Terms and Conditions of UniCredit Bulbank AD for granting loans to entities carrying out business activities (in Bulgarian)
Fees and commissions
Pursuant to the concretely indicated articles and notes of the TARIFF for fees and commissions of UniCredit Bulbank AD applicable to legal entities and sole traders
Allowances
For the holders of Bank’s packages programmes
Collateral
- In case of granting loans the Bank accepts collaterals as follows:
- Pledge on medical goods at a value defined by the wholesaler
- Pledge on pharmaceutical equipment
- Mortgage over real estate – pharmacy and/ or other real estate. In case of purchase of premises, the mortgage constitution over them is mandatory
- Collateral’s property insurance is required
Specific conditions
- The Bank has to have agreement concluded with the wholesaler for buy back of the supplied to the borrower by it medical goods
- The pharmacist – loan applicant has to be certified by the wholesaler by specially shaped certificate
- The wholesaler has submitted to the Bank list with pharmacies, potential borrowers, containing the level of the formed relations, history, and ways of payment
