InfoDirect is a convenient information service, through which you may be notified of any movement on your company or personal accounts. The service involves automatic notification upon movements and periodical statements of account. You do not need to memorize user names and passwords or visit a specialized site so as to use the service.
Notification in case of event* - by е-mail and SMS
You are notified by e-mail or SMS for incoming and outgoing movements on the subscribed accounts.
- By е-mail – you receive information about the amount, date, type and grounds for every remittance.
- Through SMS – you receive information about every incoming or outgoing remittance, including the fees charged, at mobile phone numbers, pointed by you. For your convenience and for better management of the SMS received, you may specify the size of movement, at or above which you wish to be notified.
*Notification is made after accounting the movement on the account. Holders of card accounts using SMS notification will receive the first SMS promptly after using the card at a POS or ATM and a second SMS from InfoDirect after accounting the transaction.
Scheduled notification – by е-mail
You may receive regular statements of the subscribed account, according to a schedule, set by you: daily, weekly or monthly in a convenient Excel format.
The service covers all leva and foreign currency-denominated accounts – current, deposit, card, package, etc.

Charges:
The service is offered against a monthly fee for e-mail subscription or payment per number of SMS, according to the tariffs of UniCredit Bulbank.
