InfoDirect is an information service through which you may:
- Receive by e-mail or SMS information about incoming or outgoing movements on your accounts*;
- Receive by e-mail monthly statement for the movements in a convenient Excel format.;
- You will be spared the effort to memorize user names and passwords. The service is automatic and does not require operating a specialized site.
The service covers all leva and foreign currency-denominated accounts – current, deposit, card, package, etc.
* e-mail and/or SMS is sent by InfoDirect upon the entry of a movement on your account in the main accounting system of the Bank. Example: if you hold a card account and use SMS notification you will receive the first SMS promptly after using your card at a POS or ATM and an SMS from the InfoDirect service about the same transaction – after its accounting.
Charges:
The customer is charged based on a number of SMS sent by InfoDirect as the price per SMS is set in the Bank’s tariffs. No monthly fee is charged on the service.
It is possible to set a limit of the SMS that would be sent with the purpose of managing effectively their number.
