The Pension Seasonal Saving Account is intended for individuals – pensioners as per the Bulgarian legislation, and provides the possibility for them to get higher interest rate during the summer months.
Characteristics
- You can open the saving account with minimum balance – BGN 10 or EUR/USD 5
- Possibility the monthly sum of the pension to be transferred under the account, after submitting to the Bank a copy of the written statement for receiving of the pension under the saving account, kept in the respective territorial unit of the National Social Security Institute
- You get an interest rate higher during the summer months and furthermore, the interest rates, accrued under the saving for the other calendar months of the year are higher in comparison with those under the Standard saving accounts
- You get your interest rate at the end of the year
- You choose by yourself the way of getting the interest rate – to be transferred to another account or to be capitalized under the saving account
- You can execute all kind of bank operations in real time and from each office of the Bank
- Opportunity for ordering and receiving of transfers for/to abroad
- The saving account can be used for transfers from/to a card account via ATM
- No charge for monthly service
- Possibility for opening a joint pension saving account
