Saving plan Pioneer (SP)
- SP is suitable for investments by individuals and companies;
- The client can choose between two types of SP (SP 1 and SP 2) investing monthly in selected sub funds.
Types of SP / Maturity
- SP 1 – 36 months;
- SP 2 – 60 months.
The indicated maturities are the minimum maturities for investing the Total amount of particular SP. The client is not obliged to invest every month.
The miss out of monthly investments prolongs the maturity of the particular SP.
The client does not have maximum time limits for investing the Total amount of particular SP.
Frequency of the SP investments
- The client can choose among any day in the month between 1st and 28th, when the investment will be processed;
- The day of the investment could vary among different SP’s from one client or among different clients;
- Once set by the client, the day of the investment on particular SP can not be changed.
Amount of the monthly investment
- Minimum amount is 20 EUR/USD;
- Once set by the client, the investment amount on particular SP can not be changed (increased or decreased).
Total amount of SP
- The Total amount of SP is calculated as the amount of months in the particular SP (36 or 60 months) is multiplied by the amount of the monthly investment selected by the client
Currency of the SP
- EUR or USD
Maturity of the SP
- The SP matures when the Total amount of SP is invested;
- Transactions of redemptions, conversions and transfer are not taken into account when calculating the Total amount of SP++.
Termination of SP
- At any time, the client can terminate the SP. The termination does not add additional taxes or commissions due by the client;
- All units purchased by the time of termination are available to the client for further redemptions, conversions and transfer at his/her choice;
- In case of redemptions the entry fee paid upfront is non-refundable.
Redemption of units from SP
- The client can at any time redeem partially or all units subscribed through a certain Saving plan;
- In case of redemption (partial or total) the SP remains active and the system proceeds with the monthly investments until the Total amount of the SP is invested.
Conversion of units from SP
- The conversion of units from one subfund to another in a certain SP does not change the parameters of the SP (SP type, currency, amount of the monthly investment, investment date);
- All units are converted;
- The conversion is processed only if the SP is active (not matured or terminated) as of the date of the Conversion order.
Transfer of units from SP
- All SP parameters remain unchanged. Only the SP holder is changed;
- All consecutive monthly investments are processed from the new SP holder account.
Additional investment in SP
- Additional one-off investments in active SP are not allowed.
Pioneer funds available for investments through SP
- All Pioneer funds publicly offered in Bulgaria are available for investment through SP;
- Each SP is investment in only one sub fund. If the client chooses to invest in two or more subfunds, he/she has to register two or more SP’s.
Fees and commissions
- With the first monthly investment in a registered SP, the client has to pay the entry fee of the selected sub fund according to the levels described in the Prospectus of the Fund;
- The amount of the entry fee is calculated on the Total amount of the particular SP.
Example: The Total amount of SP 1 with monthly investments of 20 EUR = 36 months x 20 EUR = 720 EUR. Let’s assume that the client chooses to invest in sub fund “Top European players” in EUR where the entry fee is set at 5%. The first monthly investment due by the client is as follows:
- first monthly investment of 20 EUR
- entry fee of 720 x 5% = 36 EUR, or all together 20 + 36 = 56 евро.
If the client chooses to invest in SP 2, the entry fee due is 80% of the levels described in the Prospectus of the Fund
