Opening of term deposits through the service for electronic banking of UniCredit Bulbank – Bulbank Online:
- The opening of term deposits through the service Bulbank Online is accessible only to individual customers subscribed for the service.
- Term deposit could be opened by any proxy of an individual customer possessing technical means for identification into the service (user name, password, and digital certificate or universal electronic signature).
- The term deposit account is opened in the name of the bank client (an individual owning the accounts). The opening of accounts in the name of third parties, joint accounts and children’s accounts is not allowed.
- The term deposit accounts opened through Bulbank Online:
o are opened directly into the core banking system
o are added automatically into the customer profile of the proxy for Bulbank Online who has opened the account with passive rights
o the client/proxy verifies his/her acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, describing details and conditions for the respective product, by digital certificate or universal electronic signature
o Deposit Contract is not signed between the Bank and the customer
- The interest due is capitalized on the term deposit account.
- The depositor can arrange debit operations on his/her term deposit opened through “Bulbank Online” only over the counter in a Bank’s filial. All the standard conditions, and fees and commissions are applicable.
