During the term of the Rokada Deposit is it possible to add sums?

Adding cash to the Rokada Deposit or cash transfer through local or cross-border transfer of additional amounts during its validity term, is not allowed.

On the maturity date of the deposit is it prolonged for a new period?

The Bank does not prolong automatically the validity of the Rokada Deposit for a new period after expiration of the validity term of the deposit. On the maturity date of
Rokada Deposit the Bank automatically transfers the principal of deposit on three months standard term deposit of the client, the account of which is put in the contract of Rokada Deposit.

What happens when the maturity date is a non-business day?

In case the maturity date on Rokada Deposit is a non-business day, the Bank automatically transfers the principal on the business day immediately following the maturity date.

When it is considered that the deposit contract is breached?


The contract for deposit is considered breach in case the Depositor uses amounts from the deposit’s principal before maturity or during the validity term of the deposit transfers deposits additional amounts.

What happens in case the contract is breached?

The Bank terminates the contract for Rokada Deposit. The depositor must pay a penalty sum for the breach plus fees and commissions according to Tariff. The amount of the penalty is defined based on the principal of the deposit at the moment of the breach multiplied by the default percentage, valid as of the date of the opening of the deposit, according to the Interest bulletin for individuals. The bank automatically deducts from the principal amount the due amount of the penalty, before transfer of the funds on the account indicated in the deposit contract. During calculation of the penalty sum, the days from the opening or the remaining days until maturity of Rokada Deposit are not taken into account.
