Deals with securities on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD

UniCredit Bulbank is a licensed investment intermediary by the State Securities Commission. The bank owns a full investment intermediary license and offers deals that can be conducted directly with the client as well as brokerage services when trading with securities.

Unicredit Bulbank offers the possibility for repo deals with securities – exclusively to its corporate clients.

Registration Agent

UniCredit Bulbak is one of the few registered Registration agents in the country. As such UniCredit Bulbank AD offers the following services: Deals with financial instruments, previously arranged between the parties; Transfer of non-material financial instruments in the case of a donation or heritage; Change of details of the owner of the non-material financial instruments, change of wrong details; Request for the status of a portfolio; Issuance of duplicates of certificates and other actions foreseen in the rules and regulations of the corresponding depositary institution.
The scale of the services excludes: Government Bonds issued by the Ministry of Finance.
